I was happy I could display my stand-up and show people that women can fight. I knew her strength was GnP, wrestling and that she was physically strong. SP: My Fight with Iris was a great first fight for me. WMMA: You recently debuted, tell me about your fight with Iris. I trained a full year before making my MMA debut and now I would like to make a career out of it. Training 3/4 x a day and training with professional athletes all the time I have learnt so much. That’s when I decided to start attending as many classes as possible last year.Īfter my boxing fight Rich put me into the full professional MMA program.

The more classes I attended I realised I had so much to learn about the sport, how could I try and teach something that I didn’t have a lot of knowledge about and no experience what so ever. MMA was a hobby, I did it in my spare time. My main career is as a Personal Trainer working out of Fight Fit Militia. SP: My thoughts have changed over the past year.
